2. Development and implementation of project documentation in accordance with the general concept of the Project.
3. Choosing of project teams, formation of TS for project work, holding tenders.
4. Managing current work and organizing interaction between teams of architects, designers, and planners throughout the Project cycle (from concept to the release of working documentation).
5. Linking between the main and related design solutions for all components of the Project (infrastructure facilities, landscape design, MOS projects, lobbies, commercial areas, apartments with finished finishes, etc.).
